how this fits into the overall organisational structure
- The reason the client is recruiting for the position
- Number of people required
- The role(s) to be performed and what achievements are
expected
- Essential and preferred skills needed for the position
- An overall appreciation of the clients' technical environment
- If a contract role, length of initial contract and possibility
of needing the candidate for a longer period
- Clients' specific recruitment procedures and reporting
lines
- How long has the client been looking to fill the role
- How many people have been interviewed or are pending interview
- How many, if any, offers have been made
- Why other candidates have been accepted or rejected
- Budget expectations/specific contractual demands
